Fashion Recap: The Golden Globes 2016

2016 is here and that means one thing...award season! Award shows are one of my favorite shows to watch, specifically the red carpets before! Every year I mark the dates down on my calendar so I can make sure I have nothing to do but relax on the couch with a snack and a bundle of blankets while looking in awe at all of the gorgeous gowns. This year I fell in love with so many dresses, ranging from Calvin Klein to Zuhair Murad, that it was hard to narrow down my favorites. But, after looking at a countless number of pictures and watching fashion police and E! News I finally narrowed it down to my 5 favorite looks of the night.

2. Jenna Dewan-Tatum in Zuhair Murad (one of my favorite designers of all time!)


3. Jennifer Lawrence in Christian Dior with Jewelry by Chopard


4. Melissa Benoist in Monique Lhuillier


5. Emmy Rossum in Armani Prive 

All theses ladies rocked the red carpet in elegant dresses, and it's safe to say that I would die to wear one, not to mention the necklaces that Emmy Rossum and Jennifer Lawrence rocked. How awesome would it be to have those in your daily wardrobe?! What were your favorite looks of the night?

Fashion Recap: The Oscars 2016

So I'm getting this post up a couple days later than I intended, but I figured better late than never right? As many of you know, the Oscars were held on Sunday and once again celebs were dressed to perfection. From gorgeous gowns to radiant makeup, they completely stole the show. After watching the red carpet and searching the internet for images of the gowns, I've again compiled some of my favorite looks to share with you guys. Fitness Fun

Happy Monday everyone! I Hope you all had an amazing 4th of July weekend! This year I celebrated the fourth by hanging out with family, going on bike rides, cooking out, and watching fireworks! It's no surprise that over holiday weekends I tend to splurge a little on my day-to-day eating habits, especially with dessert, but hey who doesn't? So, in order to get back into the grove of things I decided to share with you some of my favorite workouts. Since running is not really my forte, I often find myself searching YouTube to find fun and engaging exercises.
