Hunting For the Perfect Planner

  

  Whether we want to believe it or not, school is right around the corner (insert sad crying emoji here)! With only 13 days until school starts, I knew it was time to go on my annual quest for the perfect planner! The first few years of high school I used the school issued ones, then I moved onto Lilly Pulitzer agendas, so this year I knew I wanted to switch it up again. Since I'm starting college this fall, and college tends to be a little pricy, I was trying to be thrifty by trying out a $10 Day Designer planner from target. Don't get me wrong it's a nice planner, but after about two weeks the planner depression set in! It's not that I absolutely hated the planner, it't just that it didn't cater to how I wanted to use it, and let's be honest if I'm not motivated to use it over summer, I definitely won't want to be using it during school. I thought I would be perfectly content with my little planner, but once you use the good stuff, you can't turn back!
  One of my favorite purse and accessory brands is Spartina 449, and one day when my mom was in a local boutique she saw that they had planners. Once the news reached me I had a minor freakout, immediately looked them up on the website, and knew I had to have that planner! It's set up about the same way as a Lilly Pulitzer planner, but with a few minor differences. Dare I say it, I might like this planner more than my Lilly one!!

This planner runs from August 2016-December 2017, and like I said before, the setup is pretty similar to the Lilly agenda. At the beginning of each month you get a full monthly view calendar which you can use to write down upcoming events and what-not. On the following pages you have a week on two pages view. Each day you are given 10 lines with check boxes to jot down tasks. Other fun features that the planner has include cute stickers, to-do lists, vacation planners, and party planners! It's safe to say I'm hooked, and part of me surprisingly can't wait for school to start so I can begin filling the pages of my perfect little planner!
