Dorm Room Friendly Workouts


   I've been wanting to do this fitness post for the past couple weeks but college life has me pretty busy, however with thanksgiving right around the corner, I figured I should go ahead and just do it! Everyone always warns you about the freshman 15 before you head off to school but don't let that scare you. As long as you don't eat pizza for every meal and try to make time to workout you should be good! Luckily my campus isn't that big so the gym is like a 10 min walk from my dorm which helps a lot when it comes to being motivated to workout. With that being said, we all have those lazy days where even walking to class is a struggle, so it's always good to have some backup workouts that you can do quickly in your room. Theses workouts are great for small spaces and don't involve jumping around so you don't have to worry about annoying the heck out of the people living below you! Hope you enjoy!
